I had had good experience with Hardcastle until recently. My new furnace (three years old) stopped working and started leaking. One of the technicians came out and temporarily resolved it, stating they needed to order parts for it. This was A MONTH ago. The parts have not come in, and the furnace broke again. An after hours technician came by and advised he’d have the actual technician come back out last week, while I was out on a work trip. No one bothered to call me or come out while I was gone. I am under the weather, and taking a hot shower would be nice. The furnace is under warranty. I get that the part is on back order, but the furnace worked fine for a couple of weeks. The person on the phone told me it’s the part, but the error is actually different. I would expect a technician to

Communication was great. Zoa (technician) showed up in the scheduled time window. Gave us a 15 minute heads up on arrival. Did his troubleshooting work diligently, quickly found the issue and had the replacement part on him. Very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to explain what he found. Problem solved.

Every part of my experience with Hardcastle was great. They had fast, clear communication. Everyone I dealt with was professional and transparent. My technicians, Hayden and Joey, were fast and thorough. Can't recommend them enough!

I had the pleasure of working with Hayden, Joe, and Tyler. We had Tyler come out to service our 30- year old furnace and after giving us 3 different options of repair and/or replacement, we decided to replace the furnace. They even educated us on the ways that previous installs from a home inspection-driven repair was not up to code and made amends. As a collective, I appreciate the integrity and honesty of these gentlemen (and little Bear). Take away: Please don't use home warranties- they're in bed with some shady places that will cut corners and cost more in the long run. I put my trust in Hardcastle because they earn it. I had the pleasure of receiving plumbing service from Tom, and electrical service from Zoa. Both gentlemen, super friendly and professional. They took care of all the issues. Highly recommend.
