I worked with Zach when I called CRS and he was amazing from day one. I called because we had some cracks in our skylights and wanted an inspection. He came out quickly and identified hail damage to the roof of the house, garage and all gutters! Once we realized the extent of the damage, he helped me submit a claim that same day. Through the entire process, I felt like I had someone on my team. He understands what it's like to be a home owner in need of repairs and how daunting it can be to overcome.
