Colson's Landscaping

On Tuesday July 23rd after the tornado took down 11 trees on my Harwich property I called Colson's who I had been using for over 20 years. They returned my call on Thursday and said they would be at my property on Monday. They never showed. Over the next 3 weeks I left 4 messages explaining that my 90 year old Mother was in the house and that there was a large tree overhanging the driveway requiring my Mother to park in the street. While I realize the scope of the tornado meant they could not get to all of the properties, to not return my call was unacceptable. I contacted another tree service that acknowledged it would be 6-8 weeks before they could do my tree removal, they however came immediately to take down the dangerous tree overhanging my driveway so that my 90 year old mother

I called and made an appointment for 11am today (06/02/2016) to meet at my house to look at replacing some railroad ties. I had another appointment at 10am in town. I pulled into my driveway at 10:59am and noticed there was no one there yet and waited for them to arrive. Finally, I called and was informed they had been there and left. I asked if they could come back and was told it would be another week. So, they arrived early, did not look at the work to be done, did not call me although they did have the number and refused to come back. I can tell you the women answering the phone and relaying messages was Absolutely Wonderful! She was very caring and concerned. East Orleans
