Mr. Sanders Edmonson is an absolute standout. I had a great experience with him. He took very considerate care pertaining to my love ones. The head stones were beautiful, and delivered with care. Thank you Columbus Marble Works.

Awesome place to work with! Sandy was very responsive to my questions. They were able to get a marker set up for me. They also helped me with getting things set up to arrange a marker that needed move at a cemetery. When it came time to get the new marker set up, their team came out despite not very favorable weather to get it set up for me. The team that came out for the installation were a pleasure to speak with, and went above my expectations. This is a wonderful, and welcoming, place to work with! Amazing experience!

I would have given less stars if possible. Their service was the worst! No help what so ever. We were told the prices were listed on the stones but we could get more info online. Apparently she was too afraid to get close to us since we weren't wearing masks. It was nearly impossible to understand what she was saying due to the mask she was wearing & the distance she was keeping. Eventually she asked if we wanted a quote. But if we did, we would have to put on a mask to go in the back to get a quote. Needless to say I declined. I guess I thought that a person would naturally be inclined to compassion in this particular industry. I was wrong. I would never recommend this place nor will I ever go back. Poor service all the way around. 3 months later, I still haven't received my mother's stone. Columbus Marble Works has the worst communication; no one notified me of anything. Luckily, I created a digital photo of how I wanted the stone done because I knew they'd mess that up.

Kind, informative, Sanders really took the time to explain everything to my Mom and I. Very pleased with Columbus Marble Works
