I am a landlord in MS and hired Two Maids to do a move-out cleaning costing $350 before any discounts. The two young ladies were at my property for 3hrs in the morning cleaning. After they had left, I stopped by later in the day to check that the rental was “move-in” ready. I could not, in good conscience, offer my rental to a new tenant in the condition Two Maids left it in. The refrigerator/freezer was not completely cleaned, there were crumbs around the stove, the stovetop was not cleaned, there was still visible dust on the floors and air vents, there was still grease on the cabinets, and none of the drawers or cabinet interiors were wiped down. I hired Two Maids for a move-in/move-out cleaning and paid $700—worth every penny! They did an amazing job and left the place spotless. Knowing their cleaners are background checked and drug tested gave me such peace of mind. I absolutely love the management team—always so friendly, helpful, and professional.
