My husband and I decided it was finally time to replace the carpet in the bedrooms. We are generally frugal and my husband is dorky skilled! We decided we would put it in ourselves to save some money. I looked everywhere! Even went to Ja San because they have always had a reputation for being the best deal. (They're not BTW.) I stopped by Johnson Carpet twice and they were so helpful! Cindy was knowledgeable, professional, and very accommodating. We were able to buy a remnant they had in the warehouse for a fantastic price. They even seamed one room for us before we picked it up so we didn't have to. That made our work SO MUCH EASIER! The carpet is a fantastic quality, looks great, and will last for years to come!!! We will definitely go back when we're ready to replace our hardwood

Decent prices and high quality work. Found out my foundation was pretty rough after taking out the old floor. They took the time to work on the foundation so the LVP floors came out looking amazing

We decided to go to Lowe’s and look at Carpet. We did and there were 3 employees at the counter with carpet and not 1 could help me or tell me anything about it. They gave me a number to call. (Which I definitely did not) I decided then I need to find a flooring store bc if I can’t even get service in store how’s it gonna go once I pay for it. Well fast forward I went to Johnson Flooring and was greeted by 2 sweet ladies. I went back and forth with wanting one color over another and deciding on softness etc. They let me try it out and were so happy and caring the whole time. Today, less then 2 weeks after that meeting I have carpet! The install guys were also both amazing. We plan to redo most of our floors within this year and I will use no one but them and I will be sharing with others!

The selection is by far the best around. Liza and Cindy go above and beyond to make sure you have exactly everything you need to you Remodeling dreams come to life. And if you need to return something are exchange their is never a issue. I've used them for years and wouldn't use any other place but Johnson's Flooring.
