Combs Heating & Cooling

When my furnace went out, I called Combs Heating & Cooling and they were amazing from start to finish. JR came out to give me an estimate and was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process stress-free. Eric and Isaiah came out for the installation and did a fantastic job. They were professional, efficient, and respectful of my home. They even took a minute to show some love to my dog Clark, which definitely earned them bonus points! The whole team was friendly and made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. 10/10 recommend Combs Heating & Cooling if you’re looking for great service and great people!

Wonderful company!! Came out Monday (overtime) tried to fix the issue, but didn’t seem to get it corrected. Came back Wed, seems like it might be fixed. Don’t charge to come back b/c they were just here.. The Techs are great, personable, knowledgeable people. The folks in the office are also great to work with. Will 100% use this co for all our HVAC needs!!

The estimator and the front line crew were amazing. HOWEVER, the support staff were horrible. They did not make a gas leak from the new furnace that they had installed a priority. Instead, they sent a technician in the late afternoon of the NEXT DAY because it was more convenient for them. They did this two days in a row. It was the convenience for the company over the convenience for the customer. The support staff were rude and did not tell the truth about the service time that SHE/THEY scheduled. When calling to find out when the technician would be here there was no apology that the technician was 2 hours late. I was only met with a patronizing attitude. So if you can deal with the unprofessional support staff, then I would recommend the installers.

They offer 24/7 service, which I needed at 1 am on a 12°F Sunday night. The furnace was blowing cold air and it was 61° in rhe house when Jeremy arrived. Jeremy was great and it was determined that someone had sabotaged my furnace by putting objects into the outside fresh air return (gas furnace). Combs is now my first call for service!

My AC fan stopped working, my husband gave them a call and they had us on the list Monday morning. We were not in a rush, they came in fixed it and did awesome with my dogs being around very helpful. Also was affordable will definitely use them again!
