Comer Roofing did a fantastic job on my roof repair and I would highly recommend them for any roof work. Dennis Comer brings over 40 years of experience and after receiving several quotes from competitors, it was abundantly clear that his expertise is far beyond his peers. Dennis was able to quickly locate the problem in my dead valley and was able to send a crew over the following day to complete the repair. As others have mentioned, Comer roofing does not sub out their work and has very long standing employees that are highly qualified which shows in the quality of their work. This is likely why they are able to offer a 5 year workmanship warranty. Lori and Mellissa at the office were also extremely helpful in coordinating the estimate, repair, and payment. Do not and I repeat do not use. I have had problems with my roof over my pool area and can't get them to come out. Comer himself said he would come and never showed up. Also when put the roof up they did not put ventilation in there. I've called many times to add ventilation but they never came or called. Everything in that room is molding and rusting and it also leaks. They fixed the leaks a couple times but it still leak. Comer himself said he would come over set up a day and never came. As far as the ventilation he should have informed us that it was necessary. I am not a roofer and did not know that myself.

Comer roofing did a great job,his crews have been with him a few 20 yrs. They work together like an oiled machine. They were very nice hardworking . They did metal and my roof wasn’t steep but it was big had some tough areas. Dennis and his crew did things others said they couldn’t. Dennis Comer knows his stuff. Very fair priced as well,I got 5 bids and Comer Roofing gave me the feeling they can do about anything. They can! You need a new roof check everyone else because you will see how good Comer Roofing is. The oldest license in Volusia County,there is a reason he’s been around so long. Great companies let thier product speak for itself.
