The main house A/C failed and it was in need of service. My most trusted HVAC contractor retired and after a thirty five plus year relationship it left me in search for his replacement. Carl was incredible but I believe I have found an awesome replacement. After much research and reading reviews online and talking to close friends I decided to call Comfort Aire. Tracy had a technician out the same day and it was running within an hour of arrival. Unfortunately, because of circumstances outside of my control, the fix would only be temporary and the unit would need to be replaced. Very happy with the work done by Comfort Aire! After hearing of our experience many family and friends started using them and are very happy as well! We had bad experiences with our house and our rental for a couple years with another company, so we called Tracy and Matt at comfort aire and they fixed it right up, no issues ever since! We will not be using anyone else.

We had an emergency over the weekend with water leaking from our central air unit. I called on Monday morning and spoke to Tracy, who was able to get a technician out that afternoon. Chris Macnair and his partner came out and assessed the situation and fixed the problem right away. He replaced our old piping, and now we are able to tell if the pipe gets clogged. Chris and his partner also cleaned out the pipes and the outside unit and replace a part, that they noticed was starting to get weak. I was very pleased with their work and the response time from Comfort Aire. I am so glad we chose Comfort Aire to come out and fix our unit. I will definitely recommend this company to friends, family and neighbors! Thank you!

New comfort for older townhouse! Matt and crew did a great job installing a 3 zone mini-split with 2 wall units and one ducted unit in the attic. Amazingly quiet and comfortable. Installers were professional and took pride in doing neat work and cleaning up. Matt was great to work with and the only contractor that actually measured and thoughtfully considered the correct solution. Highly recommend this local business!
