Comfort By Design - AC Repair, Heater Repair, Air Conditioning Contractor

Brian came out and I could really tell he knew what he was doing. We had a very complicated job that another company said it could not be done. Brian came out within a week of agreeing on doing our job and the quality of work (I’m in construction and see a lot of different companies work) was top notch. We have had it running for 2 weeks and it has exceeded our expectations. Very quiet unit as we can’t tell it’s even running but temp is perfect. Price also was much better than other quote we received. We will definitely recommend (we already have to a friend) comfort by design to anyone needing HVAC installation or repair.

Brian's estimate was spot on and reasonable! He was wonderful to work with, even with over 800 miles between us! He did exactly what he said he would do and when he promised. When we got to our place in Mississippi, the air didn't come on at first, so we were a little panicky. My husband called Brian and he assured us that it takes 5 minutes to reset when power is off and like magic, it turned on while they were on the phone. We are very pleased!!

June 2016 Last week we had our new A/C installed by Brian Campbell, he owns and runs Comfort by Design. We knew when he came to give us an estimate that we had picked the right person. He is very down to earth and straight forward, and discusses all your options and what is best for you. He has well over 20 yrs. experience. He was amazingly tidy and clean with his work and installation. Explains everything in terms you can understand. I would recommend Comfort by Design for anyone looking for installation of heating & A/C. He did more than a good job, he went above and beyond and did an EXCELLANT job. Comfort by Design has my highest rating for the service I received this week.When my ac went down I received prompt and accurate diagnosis which required the complete removal and replacement of the entire system inside and outside.The removal and replacement was completed in one day.The installation was done professionally which also required rebuilding the framework for the air handler and expert help and advice required to rewire ac power to the system. The A/C repair man thoroughly troubleshoots and fixed things instead of purchasing and replacing with new every time, unlike a good portion of the other companies in the area do. Fair pricing too. The technician was good at what he does and respects the customer. Highly recommend.
