Service Experts was the company that Home Depot recommended to install the water heater I bought. Brittany was first person I talked to and she was very polite and helpful through the whole process. I had to order the unit and have it shipped to Home Depot and Service Experts were willing to pick up the unit and hold it for me while I was on vacation, and were ready to install as soon as I got home. Judson and Deacon were the installers and they showed up right at the time they said they would and had the job finished in half a day. I might add, it was a difficult attic installation on a hot day and a heavy water heater, but they got it done and did a quality job. I had some specific wishes on how I wanted it and the installers did the job just like I asked. They were polite and profession

Brittany was so nice to work with scheduling the service call and the text/email updates are a super nice touch. Our plumbers, Doug and Deacon, arrived on time and were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly honest. Can't say enough good things about this company - between their great communication, high level of integrity, and emphasis on customer satisfaction, we have found our new plumbers. Highly recommend!

Service was excellent. Plumber went beyond his work to ensure toilet was working properly. Box was missing parts to two bolts from Kohler and he was able to provide so I wouldn’t have to go back to Home Depot with complaint to have parts shipped.

Excellent communications and documentstion from first contact on the telephone to completion of the work. Knowledgeable and efficient technician on the job to complete the work and discuss requested estimates for potential future work. The company owner contacted us for follow up discussion on the tankless water heater conversion proposal that we requested. Bottom line: the level of customer service that we have experienced in our first interaction with Service Experts Plumbing is exceptional and appreciated.

Work was done efficiently and throughly. Plumber Deacon was cheerful and communicated well. Very professional in his demeanor. Both projects completed successfully. He even adjusted drawers under kitchen sink to let them slide smoothly. I highly recommend both Deacon personally and the company as a whole. Excellent communication with office in setting appointment time and updating arrival time as scheduled. Prices also very reasonable.
