Spend your money somewhere else, these people do not deserve it!! I was a customer for 8 years. We finally were able to replace 35+ year old AC this year and got Ken to install it. 9 months later I have warped floors and slime mold growing out of my floor and we discovered a wet copper line running from the outside AC, under the house and up into the attic. So I call Ken and he immediately gets defensive saying he had nothing to do with the copper line or anything under the house and told me to call a plumber. I do and the plumber says no leaks, the copper line is dripping, call your AC company. I call and leave message with his wife and never hear back from them. Sent to VM when I try again. Ignore every bad comment on here. Literally the best and most honest experience I've had with any type of technician. So the middle of the night I keep waking up being hot, I assume it's because my two year Olds in the bed, I wake up this morning and it feels like Satan has landed inside my home lol I had my ac set to 67 and it was reading 77 which over the next few hours climbed to 81.
