Comfort By Design

Both service techs were very professional and knowledgeable. They were quick and had the install done in a matter of hours. They took a good amount of time to prep and make sure everything was set up and ready which made the install go faster because they were organized. The final product looks great.

Great service.Personable, friendly and knowledgeable tech. Discovered that the humidifier on the furnace wasn’t hooked up again after they installed a new air conditioner two summers ago. Since it was their omission they didn’t charge for that portion of the call. Great company. They stand by their work.

The Sensi thermostat that Comfort by Design installed to control my fireplace was faulting out in the coldest parts of the winter. Comfort by Design chose to make it right be installing a different (and better) Wi-Fi thermostat in its place at no additional charge. I'm very happy that they were able to fix my thermostat so that I can rest easier knowing that my cabin's fireplace won't loose heat in the middle of a cold winter night risk my pipes freezing.

Everything about my experience with Comfort By Design was excellent. From meeting with Aaron for the selections of our fireplaces, scheduling them to be installed and the guys on site installing were great. Thank you very much for the wonderful service!

The service tech was great. He was able to pinpoint the issue with the gas fireplace. He found the wall switch was bad. I replaced it that same day and the fireplace works great now.
