Thank you Marko septic for a promp response Pricing is very reasonable for a Saturday Emergency rescue !! Now my 2 cents of advice “STOP FLUSHING WIPES DOWN THE DRAIN”my lovely child was flushing without my knowledge Contrary to popular belief they are not sewer or septic safe (biodegradable) “NO THEY ARE NOT” We don’t think about what happens when it leave our house it plugs/clogs up everything so just throw them in the trash

I'm impressed with the high-level of professionalism Matt brings to his new company. We held on to his mailer when he started Marko Septic and just had him out this week. He is friendly, engaging and answered all of my questions. He's good at answering questions from our 3 and 6 year old boys as well. His prices are good, if not better, than other companies we've checked but his attitude and professionalism bring more value to this than his prices reflect. Thank you!

Great service men. Poor receptionist. Paying my bill was like pulling teeth, especially after finding out they didn't ever run my credit card from over 8 moths ago, so I was slammed with a pretty big bill on their behalf. Not to mention they had my address and phone number so they could have contacted me anytime. If I would have went with a different company I guess I would have gotten previous services for free... Will not be using this company again

Matt does a fantastic job. He came to our rescue inside of an hour to open up a storm drain that was frozen. Also jetted other things while we were there.
