What a great experience. Very responsive when I needed to setup the appointment, and when I needed to confirm it a few days later. When I showed up at my new house to have him change the locks, he was there 5 minutes early, ready to go. Mike knew what to do, was very efficient, and answered all my questions. I had a bunch of locks changed, and a bunch of extra keys made. He tested every key, in every lock, to make sure they all worked. He came highly recommended from my agent, and now I'll be highly recommending him to anyone who asks.

Mike did a wonderful job reeking our home. I wanted all of the locks to match up and he did a great job. Also replaced a door handle and checked out another one for us. I highly recommend Mike. Thorough, honest, and returned my call the same day! What else could you ask for!

Highly recommend! Asked Mike to fix my front doorknob that just plain quit working. He fixed it (didn’t need to replace it!), and also resolved some looooong standing and irritating issues with two other doors on my house (doors not latching without a fight or not engaging on auto-close). My doors finally work normally and I no longer have to tell everyone, “Could you please latch that storm door on your way out?” Or “Can you push on that door so it latches?”Honestly I feel like this will change my life a little- LOL. Efficient and inexpensive! Thank you!
