Excellent experience! David and Ben are the best, very easy to work with and extremely fair pricing. They cleaned the carpet, stretched and reattached carpet in a few spots, and did a fantastic job taking care of some pet odor spots. They are my go-to carpet company in NOCO, highly recommended! I highly recommend Comfort Carpet Clean for area rug cleaning! I was moving within the same city, and wanted to get my 5 area rugs picked up from my old home, cleaned, and then delivered to my new home prior to move-in day. I got quotes from Comfort and 2 other local rug cleaners. Comfort gave me the best deal, David was impeccable with communication, they delivered when I need them to, and my area rugs looked super clean when they were delivered. A++ and thank you David!

Just had my carpets clean this morning. Very happy with the carpets. David was engaged and talked to me about what would happen in advance of the cleaning. Only one drawback. My carpets are a bit wetter than I was expecting. My bad for not asking to be frugal with the water. The price was great. I will definitely use them again next year!
