Comfort Central Cooling & Heating

Installation was flawless and prompt. Staff was courteous. Exceptional service. 7/14/2024 Update - My system has gone out twice. The 1st time was mid June. A technician came out and stated that I had a power surge and all should be good now. Today, 7/14/2024, it is 83 degrees in my house. I am HOT and no longer satisfied with the product or the service. I have contacted Comfort Central AGAIN and I will be contacting the manufacturer.

Our fan stop working on our upstairs unit today and needless to say the heat was brutal. We called at 3:50 and received a same day 6-8pm appointment. Our technician called and was here within the hr. Our unit is now back up and running since the technician had the needed part with him. Stellar service. I attached the photo of the time we initially called.

Comfort Central, wow what fantastic experience, they showed up on time and replaced 2 units. The technicians were super friendly and professional. Their work was clean and spotless we couldn't even tell anyone had been working. The lead tech Nate was professional and made sure everything was working properly and showed us how everything worked. Highly recommend using CCC&H.
