We lost heat weren’t really sure why I called late one afternoon and your technician was out here the next day just exactly when they said he would be here. The guy that came was above. I mean, he was just great. I explained everything listen to what I told him it happened. He make he made the right decisions and got us back online and can’t thank you more and if anything does happen, we’re calling back again because it was wonderful.

Technician arrived right on time and was pleasant and courteous. I appreciated the company text and call letting me know he was on the way. The technician Collin was professional , competent and fixed the problem quickly. He went above and beyond checking to ensure nothing else with the unit was wrong - all within an hour. No more heat pump sounding like an airplane taking off! Our neighbor recommended Comfort Consultants, and we're grateful. This level of service from initial phone call through fixing the problem was fantastic - a rarity these days.

Comfort Consultants technicians arrived on time, looked appropriate, clean, and were knowledgeable about the required installations. The two gentlemen brought the professional tools and parts that were required and completed the work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Comfort Consultants for HVAC installation, repair, electrical necessities, ad hot water tanks/tankless heaters. I've used this company for many years and have not had any concerns with their work ethic or quality of work. Their costs are very fair.
