Amazing Experience from start to finish. Review in report card format. Sales: A+. Daniel did a great job, no pressure, he understood our needs, budget and provided many options to meet them. Project Management: A++ Wes did a phenomenal job from pre-site visit to final install and county code inspection. Great onsite leadership with his team and sub contractors for concrete, electrical, and lot grading. Communication: A++ entire organization responds immediately. Pool School: A+. Julian did a great job going over pool operations, cleaning, chemicals and more. Very good at hi job. Front Office: A+ Customer Service. We are very pleased with our pool and the entire experience. When we decided to commit to a major investment and install a pool, we went down the rabbit hole of endless research. We found several good installers but all except River pools wanted me to sub out the concrete and landscaping , plus get our own building permit. Then we went to the River Pools facility in Warsaw. We felt their team was not just very knowledgeable and experienced, but very professional. They helped us to understand the full process , step by step, and explained the cost structure of the various options. We wanted a full service , soup to nuts, installation and River Pools came through for us. Their turn-key job was a very reasonable amount more than the other companys' incomplete costs and they took all of the worry away. I can't say enough good things about them a

River Pools did a fine job of installing our 40ft swimming pool at our house in the Northern Neck. But I measure a company not just by their initial work but the quality of their follow up, and River Pools has proved to be exceptional. Over the past two years we have had two problems with pool equipment - neither the fault of River Pools. In both cases, when we needed help River Pools came to the rescue. Rebecca and Wes were quite exceptional with their positive, helpful attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. A real sign of a quality company that cares for its reputation and its customers.

We had a River pool installed in Aug 2024 and it was a great experience!! I’ll start by saying that we are hard to please, and all our expectations were met! We had a great experience designing everything with Shane and he set our expectations very well. Once construction started, Rob was a great PM who oversaw everything with expertise. Every crew who came was very skilled and knowledgeable about their area of expertise. I HIGHLY recommend River Pools!! Oh, and apart from our experience, we absolutely LOVE our new pool!!!!!
