Landscaping Valora, Inc.

My diligence in getting the right contractor to put in a walkway, patio and landscaping was very trying. When Landscaping Valora came to see the projects that I wanted, the Sales Manager was very convincing that they could do an extremely acceptable job. I did have many quotes, but I felt a good vibe from this company. So, I went with this company and it was a semi mistake. All was going well until it was time to communicate between me and the Sales Manager. He over talks the client, make the client feel as though they do not know what they are talking about. His explanation of certain stages of the project was not clear or it was change to suit him. His listening skills are very much lacking. I must give kudos to the Owner; he was very polite and courteous. The workers did a great job. M

I have been using Lanscaping Valora for a number of years and am very pleased!!

The owners do not talk to the customer to find out what issues and concerns they have. All they do is leave a brochure in the door.
