Comfort Control

We've been Comfort Control customers for a couple decades, and the reason we have been customers is because they are professional, true to their word, and always do their best to assist the customer. They have always worked with us, and made sure everything that could be done, was being done. I cannot say enough good things about them. Today, Ricky came out (he's handled our maintenance a few times) and Ricky was great as usual. He handled the coil cleaning and included before and after pictures. He is great with our critters (we have way too many) and he is great on the HVAC equipment. Thanks Comfort Control!

Their team was friendly and responsive when I called, and they scheduled my appointment right away. The technician arrived on time, was extremely courteous, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything in simple terms and got my AC back up and running quickly. What really stood out was the honesty—no unnecessary upsells, just straightforward, quality service at a fair price. Edited original review because I was unaware of the deceit that had occurred at the time of the first review. I was told my air-conditioning system, which was the second unit I had replaced through this company was no longer able to be repaired without expensive labor cost. The salesman convinced me to put in a new unit, insisting that he could get me a very good price. However, he did not tell me it was a phase-out model that still required Freon. and would be of no use to me in a few years. I trusted this company and very disappointed that I was misled. I am a senior person and thought I could depend on my HVAC Company to be honest however they were not. Also found out they did not register the unit they installed causing me to be unable to get full warranty. I am very disappointed in

Jordan Roper was very professional experienced and knowledgeable. At the end of his maintenance he provided feedback and reassured me that my system is well maintained. He never worked on a system like mine before but he was more familiar with the split system. I am overall very pleased and would recommend John at any time.
