We have had many problems with the HVAC system installed in our office with controls and now equipment burnout. The worst part, besides never returning our calls or texts to the owner is that they never registered the equipment they installed with the manufacturer so the failures that should be covered in warranty will not be honored. We also discovered their installation makes it impossible to service the blower unit coil. As architects we recommend you find a more reliable vendor.
