Just this month (Dec 2025) Nate and John installed two full new heat pump systems in our house - one for front and one for the back of the house. The existing units were 30 and 20 years old and at risk of failure any time. They gave us a clear detailed estimate after making a careful inspection of what was needed. they didn't try to up sell me to units I didn't really want. They climbed in the attic and found leaking ducts that they would repair (we had suspected such things but didn't mention them but they found them). They worked with us to schedule installs just when we wanted them. and got the jobs done ahead of their estimtes. Nathan was prompt in returning our call. He did a quick diagnostic test and came out on the same day. He was on time, and ready with his tools. He went straight to work after confirming and double-checking what he diagnosed during our initial call. He replaced an AC part without pressuring us into it. Best part was he had the part we needed so there was no need to wait or go to the store for it. His rates were reasonable, and was transparent about it. He is skilled, knowledgeable, and humble about it, too. Excellent customer service, we have already started telling people about him.

Nate is an honest owner/technician who is professional and does good work. I have known him from when he used to work for a big name company here in town that we used. I didn't always prefer every technician that company would send to my house, but I was always relieved when it was Nate. When I learned he went out on his own, I was eager to have him work on our unit. He diagnosed and fixed an issue we had with our AC unit. He registered the part so that we will be eligible for the warranty on the part, and did this without me asking, so it is his standard practice. Now the AC is working great, so he did successfully resolve the issue. He routinely put on covers over his shoes every time he came into the house, and I did not ask him to do that either, but that is definitely a sign of being

Nathan was on time and was swift in diagnosing the issue to the point. Took great care to ensure he had proper shoe cover to protect the hardwood floors. I was charged only for his visit which was communicated prior and was aligned to my expectations. Overall 5 star and would recommend Nathan to my friends and family.
