Comfort Pros should be called “The 5-STAR CARING Comfort Pros”. As a homeowner, I appreciate nothing more, than doing business with companies that care as much about my home as I do. From the first phone call with Billy, to the last handshake with Ervin, as well as the professional installation team of Joe & Ed, THIS COMPANY is how all companies should be run. Timeframe: we had an older unit that was running, but not well, so it was just time to replace. From initial phone call/questions to installation and cold air was less than 48 hours. We had a new replacement system installed and they did a great job. They were quick to respond and had everything installed the next day after we decided on what we wanted. They had plenty of options and explained our choices without any high pressure sales tactics or tricks. The techs were friendly and knowledgeable completing the work in a timely manner. Very responsive, knowledgeable and nice. Had a basic issue with the HVAC, and they responded quickly to both call and texts and showed up same day in the window promised with a heads up text when they were on their way. Sean the service technician was awesome. Took great care for cleanliness of the house and work area. He was very kind and personable but worked with a sense of purpose; quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. He took time to explain everything he was doing and throughly answered my questions. Left it cleaner than when he got there. Will definitely be my first call next time I have a HVAC issue
