Where should I begin? It took 12 days of lost work to have these misfit jokers install an air conditioning system and heating system. The first hot day of the year and the brand new air conditioner doesn’t work. I paid 400.00 to have ANOTHER company come and fix it. The other company said this is the single worst installation he’s ever seen in 20 years. Unbelievably they took a brand new system and couldn’t install it! I have a home warranty and that’s the only company they use so I had no choice. I spent over 2000.00 of my own money to do this because they charge extras and now since it didn’t work I needed to spend even more. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Amazing experience with this family-owned HVAC company! They were friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly so I felt comfortable and informed. Affordable pricing with no pressure just honest, quality work. They showed up on time, respected my home, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. You can tell they really care about their customers. Highly recommend!

I am without AC. This company was supposed to submit a report to my home warranty company on 8/5/25. Apparently, they are still reviewing things at their "research dept" and have not done any work on my case. They need to review whether there are any outstanding warranties. I pointed out the system is 24 years old and that is unlikely. They also cannot give me an estimated time they will issue their report. It is a shame companies like this are in business.

Long story short: They are a scam. Long story long: My AC system kept tripping the breaker, so I knew I needed a new compressor. I contacted American Home Shield (the warranty company that came with the home), and they sent out Comfort Pros. While checking the system, Comfort Pros told me I needed a low-voltage wire and said they would call me with an estimate after checking the price and returning to inspect the system further. I'm a certified electrician—I know that wire costs $23.00. They sent me an estimate for $1,495.00 and closed my claim, meaning I’d have to pay another $125.00 service fee for them to come back out. I replaced the wire myself—it took longer to drive to Home Depot than it did to repair it. When they came back, they told me I needed a compressor—just as I suspected
