We knew this day was coming when we bought our house. Just didn’t think that day would come at 4am with a carbon monoxide alarm. After confirming the CO leak was coming from our 1970s furnace, my wife asked around at work who they recommend for HVAC. So I called Comfort Solutions and Joe was over in a few hours. He accessed the situation and said he could actually get a new furnace installed today! Just 5 hours later we had a brand new high efficiency furnace! They were gone before dark. I couldn’t believe it! I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Joe and Chris. They took an extremely stressful situation and made it all better. Thank you so much!

My garage heater wouldn't start. I sent a text to Chris at Comfort Solutions on a Sunday afternoon. He immediately responded by saying he would be out to look at it as soon as he could. Chris called the next morning and was at the house within the hour. He fixed the heater in short order and at a very fair price. Chris and Joe were great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy small business. They maintained communication during the entire process, showed up when they said they would and their work was impeccable. The city inspectors commented on how clean and well done their work was. When Chris and Joe came out to bid for my job they thanked me for giving them an opportunity to earn their business, their competitors inflated my bid with things I didn't need or didn't show up at all. These guys are not salesmen. They talked me through my options and what would work best for me based on their industry knowledge and only quoted the things we needed. I will exclusively be using Comfort Solutions in the future, could not be happier with their work.

Chris is extremely friendly and quick! I've used his services a few times and one time he even found a deeper electrical issue where my thermostat was hooked up to my neighbors (condo unit) air conditioner, this led to finding the real issue and a solution. He's flexible and was able to get me an appointment quickly-- even though we were right at the beginning of summer! Yes, they're on time and pleasant, but I'll never use them again. If you use them and they tell you the solution will be major and pricey, get a second opinion. Our furnace was blowing air without heat, so a Comfort Solutions guy came to investigate. He told us nothing could be done to fix it and that we would need a new furnace. He even implied that there was some danger for potential for carbon monoxide. So another guy from Comfort Solutions came out to give us an estimate on a new furnace (upwards of $4,000). We decided to get a second opinion and called Brandt who came and did a much more thorough inspection and found that the air intake duct was blocked (rocks my kid had dropped into the duct). He cleared it, tested for carbon monoxide, and gave us the clear. Furnace has been running
