We recently lost our long time HVAC person when they retired. We were not sure who to call but sure enough, during the ice storm we had a problem with one of our units. We went on recommendations by our neighbors and called Comfort Systems of York County. A human, not a voicemail, answered the phone and was super helpful, within a few minutes we got a call back from a technician, Nick Pope who said he was on the way to help. Nick did a quick diagnostic check of our unit, found the issue and made a super fast repair. These folks are top notch! The fee for repair was fair, the service was fast, and they could not have been more friendly and helpful. I recently became a Comfort Club Member with Comfort Systems and scheduled my first HVAC tune-up for my one-year-old LENNOX system. I was very pleased with both the appointment process and the service provided by Nick Pope. Nick was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Nick quickly identified and fixed a strange noise caused by the pressure switch tubing rubbing against the draft motor wheel. He also provided clear photos of his findings, along with thorough explanations and detailed service notes on the invoice. I highly recommend him and am glad I found such a reliable HVAC service provider.

Been struggling with my builder-provided unit for over a decade, finally decided to bite the bullet and upgrade. Shopped around before coming to Comfort - wow, wish I went to them first! Nick, their GM, actually came out to my house to do an assessment. The man could teach a college course on hvac systems - he answered all my questions I had about why my heat pump wasn't working efficiently, why my bill was so high, what improvements I could make and more. The Furnace of our 20+ year old system died right at the beginning of the last cold snap. We called 3-4 local HVAC business for quotes on replacing. All were great to work with but Comfort systems rep Nick Estes went above and beyond and gave me lots of options from furnace repair to full system replacement. He even lent us a space heater while we waited for the parts to arrive. We chose to go with a high efficiency heat pump that was eligible for $2000 tax credit. The install went quickly.
