Absolutely outstanding service. Michael B from Comfort Tech Inc. came out to my father’s house when his Lennox iComfort thermostat suddenly stopped responding, black screen, no heat at all. He showed up immediately, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained everything in plain English without any pressure or upselling. What really stood out was his integrity. He could’ve easily turned this into a much more expensive job, but he didn’t. He gave us an honest assessment and a very fair price, choosing to earn trust instead of squeezing every dollar. Mike was contacted afternoon on 2-3-2026 for repair on heating unit and as stated, he advised me he would be hear by 8 AM on 2-4-26. I received email notifications advising of location of his arrivals times. Mike is also the owner and was very courteous. I recommend Comfort Tech for any heating or cooling system repairs. If I could give 10 stars, I would!! Mike was amazing! He was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. He diagnosed our issue within minutes and had the repair done immediately. No ordering parts and no delays. He is definitely going to be our first call for all our HVAC needs in the future . It doesn’t hurt that he was just a really cool guy that was easy to talk to. We are definitely looking forward to getting an invitation to his next karaoke party!
