I have only great things to say about these guys. I called needing an estimate when my central unit went out during the coldest part of the year with snow and ice everywhere. I figured they might come out in a day or so due to weather and distance from them to my house. They were at my house within hours, they provided a quote before they left, and answered all of my questions. They discussed the replacement with me and said they could schedule quickly to get me going again. On the day of replacement they ensured I was aware of a slight delay in schedule and they were fast and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and double checked everything prior to leaving. I am more than satisfied and so happy I contacted this company. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

OMG! Huge thanks to Comfort Zone! After recently installing a new central air unit under my double-wide trailer, everything was working fine—until suddenly, one side of my home stopped getting any air. I called Comfort Zone, and Kenny came out right away. Within minutes, he identified the issue, quickly assessed the situation, and had it fixed on the spot. I was so relieved—just the day before, another company quoted me $8,400 to make the repair. Comfort Zone resolved the entire issue for only $150! Now my entire home is cool and comfortable again. Very unprofessional-poor workmanship-will not stand behind his work Do not waste your time and money on a company that has no remorse for bad work and try's to blame the customer . The unit was under warranty and this company let the warranty expire instead of reporting the unit to the warranty company appropriately. What happened before you were hired is not the issue-what Happened under "your care", is and you failed greatly. Giving out our location huge mistake, Again, you lack intellectual maturity, thanks for the response supports our complaint.

I CONTACTED COMFORT ZONE, AS A FRIEND HAD RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY, WHICH HE WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE. KENNY SENT A TWO MAN TEAM TO LOOK AT AND ASSESS MY SITUATION. THEY BOTH AGREED THE VALVE WAS BAD AND NEEDED REPLACED. THIS BEING THE SAME PART MY REPAIR PERSON OF 14 YEARS HAD COME OUT TO WORK ON AND COME TO FIND OUT WAS PUTTING "A BANDAGE ON" THREE TIMES TO THE TUNE OF $2,300. KENNY'S CREW ARRIVED, (WHICH I MIGHT ADD WERE PROFESSIONAL YET DOWN TO EARTH AND VERY INTERESTING TO TALK WITH AS WELL AS EXTREMELY KIND) DID WHAT THEY NEEDED TO DO, I WAS UP AND RUNNING. I have been dealing with this company for almost 5 years. My experience has been great. The owner was very pleasant and knowledgeable about heating and A/C. He installed a complete gas pack and all duct work for about half the price of everyone else. When I was deployed overseas my A/C fan blade sheared off after a stick fell on my unit. My wife and children were without A/C and very uncomfortable. I got a hold of him via text from the middle of the Mediterranean Sea and he was at my house 2 hours later. He fixed the unit the following day because of the need of a part. I have recommended this company to many of my friends in the area and he has done them all well.
