If I could give Zero I would. We gave an abundance of information, shared videos and photos before a technician was sent. Then once the technician arrived I specifically asked if he had seen any of the information we submitted, to which he replied no. So I sat with the technician, explained in detail and showed photos and videos of the issue. An hour later he comes outside where I was and says the issue is the gasket, to which I replied, that’s not the issue and reminded him of the video I had just shown him, where the gasket was perfect and the problem still existed. He took a deep sigh turned around and went back in, as if his only job ( fixing broken equipment) was a burden. We are now about $4K in (and over 4 weeks) into trying to repair our combi oven, and the issue is still not resolved. At this point, we’re also $4,000 broker with nothing to show for it. Communication has been extremely challenging — you call an 800 number only to be transferred to a local office, and getting a call back is nearly impossible. I had to call daily for a full week just to get back on their schedule. Unfortunately, the exact same problem we originally reached out about is still happening. :(
