Commercial Door has been working with me for over a year supporting our commercial facilities. The upper management, office staff and, technicians have been top notch for us. All the technicians and service advisors are very knowledgeable and communicate every step with you so that when they are done with your job there is no doubt the job was done and completed correctly. Jessica (sales) and Drew (foreman) were extremely helpful. We just moved into a new building and were having issues with door alignments and weather getting through the doors. They were professional and efficient. Their invoices are detailed and clearly state what was needed, recommendations, itemized costs, and what was done. Pictures were also included in the invoice of the before and after of each door. 10/10 would recommend to any business needing help!

Called this place on a Saturday to get some work done. Guy was super helpful and said he’d be in contact with me to get the repairs done. And a quote by Monday. Today is Tuesday and they leave me on read and won’t answer their phones. I don’t know what’s up with them. Thankfully they’re not the only door repair shop in town.

These guys need to teach the other companies that being nice and helpful and NOT BE GREEDY! AS THES GUYS ARE AWESOME and helped us out in a bind . Commercial door came out on time and was very professional and got everything done. I am very happy with the service guys that came out. Jason answered all my questions and explained to me what he was doing. Everything was finished in a timely manner and turned out incredible. I could not be more happy with the whole process with Jessica in the office, Jason installing and the finished product. I highly recommend Commercial Door and will hire them for any future work I need done.
