C&I Roofing is a great company. We just finished getting a concrete tile lift and relay with some wood replacement. It took 7 days to complete the project. The crew was a team of 3-4 guys. They showed up on time, ready to work. They were polite and cleaned around our house before they left daily. We are happy with how the roof looks…No more leaks!

I was looking for a roofing team to re-roof my 2000 sq-ft ranch-style home. The roof is composition shingle. I did my due diligence, researching roofing companies/contractors in the San Diego area and obtaining seven (7) quotes. C&I came back as the low bidder - which, honestly, made me a little nervous at first. But I did my research and they seemed like a solid company - having been a staple in Spring Valley for decades and having good customer reviews as well as an A+ rating with BBB. This is now the second review I’ve had to leave for people driving company vehicles because they’re driving like jerks. The driver cut us off in bumper to bumper traffic and expected us to see their signal while riding parallel to our car, then just started coming over and almost side swiped us. Not to mention I have my 12 month old daughter in the car with us. Do better!!!

C&I was prompt and responsive to our schedule while monitoring the local weather so the work was completed in a dry weather window. A large storm followed the installation and everything performed as promised.
