Commercial Landscape Management

The prior HOA management company, Elite Management, assigned this company to our community. The work that CLM did was subpar, ranging from letting plants in common areas die, never uncovering tree skirts for more than a year, erratically trimming common area and a laundry list of little things that the neighbors would complain about. We were not impressed by the company and their work they did. I would never use them again.

Sadly, this company was not chosen by the community HOA and was rather a holdover form when my community was built and no HOA was established. I am the President of my HOA and I know that if I was in my position when the community was built, I would have never hired this company to maintain our community. - Our community HOA fees go mostly to maintaining and mowing our lawns. We are a small community of 62 houses and have no other amenities to offer. Thus you'd think the job would have been easy to handle. Sadly, CLM could not meet the reasonable expectations of our community. (And believe me they were reasonable) Just a few constant issues: Mowers speeding through our lawns, missing major areas of grass No weed mitigating, No suggestions on how/what our community needed to help maintai

Terrible... They messed up the foam insulation in our newly built community. They also never respond to requests, we had to put our own mulch down and our grass is patchy to say the least. Absolutely avoid this company

Unsure about the work they do but their employees are incapable of driving. Whoever was driving FA301, a white Dodge truck with your company logo on it, almost caused several wrecks on I540 when he break checked the vehicle behind him. He then nearly came to a complete stop on I540 in the left lane causing multiple vehicles to nearly wreck. Very poor conduct for someone in a company vehicle.

CLM has done quality work and have been very responsive to the individual and specialty needs that often arise on short notice. A pleasure to work with.
