Overall, a very smooth and painless process. Chris M explained the quote process and virtual tour of my apartment and got back with a quick quote. Shortly after signing for the move Bridget H called and asked if I had any questions and also called throughout the move to ensure any questions I had were answered. She also provided frequent updates. On the actual move out and move in dates, Tony Link was very communicative about arrival times. He and his movers were very quick getting our stuff out of a third floor apartment with no elevator. The move was quick and we had no issues. My move was from FL to MD.

Customer service means a lot to me and I was very impressed with the service provided by the Community Moving and Storage staff. From start to finish, Chris and Bridgett answered all of my questions, got my quote to me timely, and answered questions after hours. Dante, Terrell, and Jay were extremely professional, punctual, and respectful. They were swift, yet personable, and cheerfully worked as a team. Moreover, my items were all in tact and moved in ahead of schedule. If you are looking for professional, affordable service, do yourself a favor and go with Community Moving and Storage!

Chris coordinated my move perfectly. The two guys who came were hard working and professional. They even helped me pack. Did a lot better than I did packing. I highly recommend this company.

Chris Myrick was a joy to work with for our moving arrangements. He was very thorough, on time, friendly and always helpful with my questions. He was very good at communicating and timely with his responses. I can’t recommend Chris enough! I would highly recommend and would most certainly work with him again. He made our transition from Florida to North Carolina extremely smooth!

The moving crew was fabulous! As Crew Leader, David Norcross was organized getting things labeled, moved and then a complete inventory. All of the team Sheraton Merritt and Rico McBride were courteous and worked very well as a team and very Professional. Michael Haimowitz was excellent in coordinating the services and providing cost of services. No questions were too much for him. He definitely was the best that we have ever encountered. Wendy provided valuable services to us as coordinator. Overall An EXCELLENT team that worked together extremely well. Thank Ya'll!
