The mark of good customer service is what happens when something goes wrong. Cancelled second vehicle, but got reinstated (zombie?) and billed. Sent a message. Got a phone call in minutes. Agent offered to credit account or refund. Amazing customer service !!!!
Our garage switched from ticket to QR code and it was an awful transition. We had to wait for older folk to figure out how to get a text to their phone from the QR code, so we waited twice as long to get into and out of the garage most times.
When you call you get a live person who was willing to walk me through steps to get my account squared away. He was friendly and personable.
Crappiest app ever and their customer service does not respond to emails. These people should be sued.
Rude, unprofessional, disrespectful. I can’t understand the way they treat people.
