I had the pleasure of receiving service from Vincent. He answered my call promptly and gave me a very reasonable estimate compared to other companies. The job was done thoroughly and perfectly—more than I expected. He even went above and beyond by doing extra work without charging. My washer and dryer are working like new again, and I was actually planning to buy new ones. I can’t ignore the level of professionalism in his work, as well as his conscientiousness and attention to perfection.

I requested a replacement for my Sub Zero refrigerator door the my tenant left some serious dents due to moving. The service technician came promptly once the new door arrived and completed the installation. However, he did not haul away the old door and instead left it in front of the house. This was very inconvenient because I am traveling, and I need to make separate arrangements, at additional cost, to have the door removed. If haul away service was not included, they should have informed me beforehand. That way, I could have planned accordingly, either by hiring someone else for the full job or by arranging to deduct the removal cost from my tenant’s deposit. Since they are specialists in appliance repair, I think it is reasonable to expected them to handle or at least clearly commun
