Process was incredibly smooth from getting a quote to the install process. They took care of submitting all the HOA and construction permits with the city. Once permits were approved they had the fence installed within 2 days. Amazing work. Anyone looking to have their fence done should use this company!

It was a pleasure doing business with Complete Custom Fence, everyone I interacted with were professional, kind and empathetic from the first lady whom I spoke with to the young man who installed our fence. I must mention KAREN who was all I mentioned and more her patience with me and my husband was awesome, we were not the most patient customers but Karen showed such dedication in keeping us as good customers. I want to thank “Straight Arrow Fence”, they came and fixed my fence for a reasonable price and they did an exceptional job, they used the old planks I had lying around and replaced two post that were damaged and were quick to answer and respond to any questions I had. Highly recommend!

I strongly caution anyone considering hiring Complete Custom Fence. From the very beginning, the fence they installed started showing serious issues — pickets were deteriorating and breaking within just days of completion. While the company initially replaced some of the worst boards, they later tried to explain the ongoing damage as a natural reaction of wood called “surface checking” . This is clearly not true. What I’ve seen is rotting, low-quality wood that continues to worsen week after week. What’s even more disappointing is the company’s refusal to take accountability. Instead of acknowledging that defective materials were installed, they dismissed my concerns and framed the replacement of rotten boards as a “good faith” gesture. Upon a scheduling stumble when timing was very important to us, Ricky quickly handled our needs and tricky logistics with grace and professionalism.
