Complete Lawn Services of Milwaukee

This company has billed for snow‑removal services that were not performed. I have clear video evidence showing that the work was not completed, yet the company still insisted the service had been done. This has made it very hard to trust their reliability or honesty. In addition, their communication is very poor. Reaching them is extremely difficult—phone calls go unanswered, emails receive no reply, and their voicemail box is almost always full, making it impossible to leave a message. Based on my experience, I would recommend this company. Clear communication and honest, accurate billing are basic expectations, and unfortunately, neither was met.

When I tell you this is the most unprofessional lawn company I’ve worked with before that is an understatement. What made me so upset and frustrated was the lack of communication from this business. I’ve left several voice messages for Chad and with the office staff and absolutely no answer or call back. They stay taking your money for services but can’t simply return your call or text when you have questions or concerns..I will be canceling my service asap…Beyond disappointed and just outright disgraceful

I'm incredibly disappointed in CLS. We have been a customer of theirs for 3 years now, for weed control. We have a second property and contracted them to begin treating that property this year as well. To this point, our experience with them was positive. We got in touch with them in early MARCH of this year, to have Chad come check out a few things on our property and provide a quote for some spring cleanup, some grading/leveling work, and to take a look at our rock retaining wall and provide any recommendations on preventative maintenance. He came out mid-March to look at everything. I checked in at the end of March, because we hadn't received an estimate. I checked in again April 18th. And again May 4th. I asked if we should just find another contractor to do the work if they were too b

I would love to know what you put on our lawn since we are NOT customers of yours. I've tried calling, emailing, Facebook messaging, and now this review. I have dogs I would like to keep safe and healthy. Totally unacceptable. I need a response.

ZERO STARS Chad came out to my house in May, provided a reasonable quote day-of that I accepted, then just disappeared! I called 2-3 weeks after the estimate and he said it'd be another week or so. That was the only time he answered my call. I've called and left 3 voicemails as well as texted him but nothing. I wish I would have gone with another company.
