I called and they answered the phone unprofessionally. I still scheduled an appointment but they didn't show up or call to cancel. I ultimately found a different locksmith to do the same work for 50% of the price. Would not recommend.

We had a great experience with Complete Lock and Key. Alex came out to rekey the home we just bought and was incredibly fast, professional, and kind. I expected it to take a while, but he finished the whole job in the time I thought it would take to do one door! He also made us a new mailbox key, and when the first one didn’t work, he and the team at the shop took care of it right away—no hassle and no extra charge. The service was affordable, and the customer care was top notch. Highly recommend.

They are completely amazing!!! Lost my keys didn’t know what to do and then I happened to come across Complete Lock & Key. I gave them a call the next morning there here programmed the key In 10 mins tops. Great guy that programmed my key to. I definitely give them a 5 ⭐️!!! 💫✨⚡️ and would recommend you guys to anyone!! I arrived 10 minutes before their advertised closing time with the ignition lock mechanism out of my 1983 Subaru brat. I asked if they could either repair it to work with the original key or re barrel it to a different Key. They took it apart and worked on it for 40 minutes or so and cut me a new key for it. The old one was worn. Now my ignition works well again. I appreciate that they stayed back so I only had to make one trip! The price was reasonable as well!
