He pumped and inspected our septic tank, and took the time to answer all questions. Kevin was professional, efficient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Complete Plumbing Septic & Drain is a great company to work with if you have a plumbing job that needs to be done! My Aunt needed a plumber and I called several plumbers prior to calling Complete Plumbing and she did not get a returned call any of them. With Complete Plumbing, it was the exact opposite. They returned a call and responded right away. These guys are great! They sent (Jacob and Rick) out to take a look. They were very professional and polite. They did a stellar job with repairing her tub and shower. They did the job right and went the extra mile! Great communication, prompt service, and easy to schedule.
