Michael Austin and his team was very thorough in communication, inspection, scheduling, and execution of our roof installation. JS construction’s service and timely quote was fair and they provided options that best suitd our needs. The crew installed it in less than a day and a half. Clean up with five star. My family was very pleased with the quality of work done. I would highly recommend JS construction for any future renovation needs!

Mike was easy to work with. He gave a fair and honest quote and then they pulled two crews together to get a tough job finished in 1 day before a blizzard hit. The new roof handled 9 inches of snow without any problems. I’m very happy with my experience.

The crew was professional and exceptionally fast. We weren't home when the roof was put on but we watched on our cameras. These men KNOW what they are doing. That were done in less than three hours and if we hadn't seen them working on it cameras you would never had known they were they. They cleaned up and disappeared as if magic had installed the roof. Great company to work with. The estimate was very reasonable. The 4 man crew arrived at 8am started work,took a short lunch break and worked until dark. A very hard working crew. They cleaned up as agreed and left the yard as they found it. I would definitely use JS Construction for future projects.

Workmanship is subpar, timeliness is not a thing, and forget communication. We have had a truly terrible experience with js construction in abingdon Va. After Helina, we needed a new roof. First the installation of the roof was incorrect which after the first rain after installation caused major damage inside the home, all of the drywall in the ceiling, and the walls became wet. They did come back and replaced the roof again, which was correct the second time. The owner of the company offered to give us $1000 discount if we would hire somebody else to fix all the drywall which as you know, it would’ve cost many more thousands of dollars than that and it was not our problem that it got messed up.
