John, came for the second time. He was very rude and wouldn't listen to anything my husband and I were trying to say. He was here for less than 10 minutes versus 2 hours a few days ago. We were trying to ask him some questions but he just ignored us. Next thing you know, he picked up his tools and started walking out the door! We were like hey John, where are you going? He just kept walking out the door. He had no idea what he was doing. I asked him to check a specific part, a water level switch which can cause an electrical current to run through the frame of the machine. I said it could be damaged. He just said your machine is fine! The electrician has also been here twice to make sure there was not any electrical issues. There is not!!! To top it all off, he left my washing machine in

Justin was knowledgeable and fixed what he came to fix with refrigerator, also noticing another potential problem that he fixed as well. We live in a rural location and it’s hard to get quality repair work done, but Justin was top notch. This was warranty repair.

I was able to get a quick appointment, they kept me apprised by email and text ifv the tech's arrival status. Robert arrived on time, and resolved the issue fast with some ingenuity and out-of-the-box thinking. Robert was professional and a pleasure talk to, and I'm a happy customer! The tech came in, saw an error code, asked me to search the error code on YouTube and then tell him what it said. He then ignored YouTube saying it was a bad pump, showed us how to clean the filter, and left (but not before completing his own review on his device). The problem was not fixed and no diagnostics were done. This was a very surreal experience and a waste of $120. Also, they don't take AMEX, even thought their AI customer service says they do.

Technician moved the appt time multiple times. When he did show up he took a picture and told me that the part does exist and that I was out of luck. I asked him to send me the info stating that the part didn't exist so I could send it to my home warranty and he said I would receive it soon. He also refused to fill out any information my home warranty claim. He then charged me $120 to take a picture. I never received the estimate. The company only uses AI so it is almost impossible to talk with someone about this Edit to add I called the number listed in the response and it was an AI agent that couldn't help me.
