Complete Septic Tank LLC

I called for service to have my septic tank "pumped/cleaned/drained" (not sure of the proper terminology). I was given cash and card price and decided cash would be best because they charge a fee to use a card. Was told "we'll be able to get to you early next week", but with no specific date or time. I get a call (its monday) while im at work from the driver saying that he's on the way and would I be there to flush after they've done their job to ensure there were no clogs. So I leave from work (im at least 40 mins away) to meet them there. By the time I got there they were already "done" and were waiting on me. We called and they came right out. However they not only spilled sewage all over our yard but within a week we were having problems again. Kelly basically yelled at me and told me we needed new leech lines. I didn't feel the job was done right the first time. I finally got her to send them out to repump. The guy who came out admitted the truck was full the first time even though Kelly swore we were only the second pump and it was not full. He said he tried to cover the spilled sewage with sand. They never mentioned it to us and of course all three of our dogs needed to be bathed after they found it. Kelly told me to watch them pump my tank the second time and said MARK MY WORDS YOU WILL BE CALLING BACK IN 30 DAYS FOR NEW LEECH LINES! They actually charged us again when they came out. Now 2

Kelly was beyond amazing. We were having trouble submitting our permit for our septic and she stayed on the phone with me after hours to walk me through every step. She was very eager to help. Very professional and genuine people. Most important great work is done! I would give 6 stars if I could!!!

The alarm and red lights on my septic tank was on. I called Complete Septic Tank Services and Kelly was very helpful with trying to help me to figure out what the problem was. Unable to figure things out Kelly then sent out a crew at my request. They was very professional friendly and they checked out everything that could be causing the problem. The guys was able to find out what was wrong and fixed the issue. Thanks to Complete Septic Tank Services and Kelly for doing an amazing job. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks
