This is not a review ab heating and air work..but a review on the quality of people who work here. I was caught at the QT in Lexington with a deflated tire...I was going to try and figure this out myself and I asked 3 men in a Rite temp truck for a tire gage..which they had. I hadn't even started to take the tire cap off and 3 gentlemen were over me taking the reins. These men not only saved the day for my Dad and me....but renewed my faith in the goodness of others! They fixed the air pump at the QT...and plugged my tire with a kit they happen to have on hand! Btw....they were handsome 😊 and refused to take 50 from me for their lunch. Rite temp is privileged to have such gracious folks working there and I can imagine that their work with heating and air is just as professional. Again..

RiteTemp heating and air is a pleasure to work with. They have prompt service and quality products. I recently bought a Goodman heating and air unit at a great price and from getting the quote to the installation, everyone I talked to was knowledgeable and prompt. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to replace their HVAC unit or repair an existing one. They are honest and reliable.

Called on a Sunday morning when the A/C went out the night before. Had our system up and running by lunch the same day. The tech (sorry, I don't remember his name), was professional, knowledgeable, and even took the time to talk me through some of the basic maintenance and general knowledge of my system as he worked. I went ahead and signed up for their yearly maintenance program. Great prices, prompt service, and excellent customer service.

They are good service people! The technicians went the extra mile to find the problem, done a good job repairing it, made sure my A/C was working properly afterwards, and was reasonably priced. I've used RiteTemp in the past and will call them again when I need HVAC repair.
