Steven was on time showed up at scheduled time. Found the problem why my ac wasn't working. He had the part in his van that my unit needed so there was no extra wait time. He also cleaned my unit an coils had it looking and runnin like new again. Steven is very professional and very reasonable on prices on service.

Steven came out within the hour to fix my in-laws AC. He was professional, affordable, kind, and quick. His price was more than fair especially when he came out after 9pm. My in-laws are older and we live 90 minutes away. He really helped us out. We definitely would recommend using P & W. He is who we are calling in the future.

We called Steven at P&W HVAC Services and he was here within one hour. He is excellent, tells you up front what to expect, and he was here less than half a hour with our AC system up and running. We highly recommend Steven for the great service and awesome personality. We will definitely use P&W again in the future for any of our AC needs. We run a dog rescue and yesterday the air conditioner went out in our home. The first person I called said they would be out by noon. They never showed up or called back and at 4:30 I was desperate. I had a house full of dogs that were so hot and panting, even with every fan I own blowing on them. We were pretty sure the problem was our thermostat and we had a new one ready to be installed. In desperation I started calling to see if i could find anyone to come out to see what the problem was. I finally found someone who said they could be there around 8pm but I would have to pay an after hours service call fee of $229. Meanwhile, i had to rush one dog to the vet due to extreme heat stress. She was on the verge of collapse. That added another $200 to the incident total. Company #2 showed u
