The first time I used Conatser, Todd had to diagnose and repair my new heat pump that a home warranty repairman installed. My heat pump and furnace were mis-wired and out of freon, I think. I used Conatser again today when my older furnace stopped working. Todd again quickly found the problem and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Their prices are very reasonable too. I called Conatser at 8:30 AM this morning because our furnace was acting up. They scheduled me in for the afternoon. I asked for a 30 minute call ahead so I'd be prepared for them. Todd called me 30 minutes prior, pretty much on the dot. He was very professional and was very patient as I tried to explain everything that I knew that might point him to the issue. He found and fixed the issue all within 30 minutes. I am very pleased with their service. I called at 8:30 AM and the issue was resolved by 2:30 PM.

We moved into our new house last fall and knew that we would have to replace our entire HVAC system at some point. I contacted AireServ and Peterman Brothers for quotes before Conatser. Roger came out and looked at our system, sent me a quote that evening, and less than a week later he and his team were out to replace my system. They beat AireServ's quote by over $8,000 and were $3,000 less than Peterman Brothers' quote. The unit ratings were exactly the same from the other two companies.
