We just finished a MAJOR garage/parking deck restoration project with CPR and I am absolutely floored by how wonderful they were to work with. Melissa Mitchell (Project Manager) and Ben Hickey (Project Foreman) walked us through the project before it began and answered many questions to help me and my team gain a better understanding of details, timelines and expectations. They planned out the phases of the project to be the most time-effective in order to disrupt our business as little as possible during its duration. When slight changes occurred in the project timeline due to the weather or project scope changes (sometimes in our favor), Melissa communicated immediately.
