I haven't had to utilize the company, however I am "reviewing" one of their drivers. On 12/9 at approximately 12:35pm on I-20 east bound near Pell City, I witnessed one of their trucks moving at over 74 mph and following other vehicles at an extremely unsafe distance. The truck was continuously changing lanes and nearly clipped our tail end doing so - as well as other vehicles. I-20 is currently under construction and perilous enough without large vehicles driving unsafely. I have a great deal of respect for our larger transport vehicles and their drivers, but this one was beyond unsafe.

Today 2/19/2026 around 9:30am on I85 southbound at the Beaver Ruin exit your driver was operating the concrete truck in a very aggressive manner. He was following too closely,laying on the horn,switching lanes multiple times and cutting vehicles off. He has no business on the road driving a 37 ton vehicle endangering other drivers.

One of you guys trucks cut me off with no signal light it was a very scary situation we was on 285 West… wth wrong with y’all drivers smh he didn’t even have enough room to get over I think he needs further evaluation maybe even suspension that’s a definitely no no…you could’ve killed me

Truck - Concrete Mixer Unit # 3124 461-3281 US DOT 859216 MC 37883 LP - WPW048 I was heading home from work around 12:19am on Wednesday April 23rd heading North on I-85. We approached a construction zone near the Senoia Rd exit with 2 closed left lanes. Initially, I was in the far left lane. As I closed in on the merging lane, one of your drivers decided it was a good idea to sit dead center on the white line and hold up two lanes. I assumed this was to block others from merging. I gave them a quick flash to ask to pass, but they insisted on holding up both lanes. When I realized they wouldn't budge, I went around them by passing on the right. At this point, the lane is almost up and I'm closing in on the construction cones. The two vehicles ahead of them also wouldn't allow me to merge,

I have made several attempts to contact CSC about an object that flew from one of your vehicles and hit my windshied. I have called three times and left a message. I was told someone from your safety team would be in touch. I am still waiting to be contacted.
