Although I was not able to resolve my problem by purchasing a product from Conestoga Heating and Air Conditioning Supply, Dave went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get what I needed from somewhere else. Unfortunately, they didn't carry the brand of part that I was looking for but they get an A+ for service from me. Thanks Dave for your help!

Is asked for load calculation and before I paid for the services I told him that I’m switching to a bigger unit and he said “that’s no problem I will redo the calc just let me know” so I figured I’d just pay for it now and he can rerun the number again afterward since it’s not that close to drive there. Two days later I asked for re calc of the load and he said “ he wont do it unless I pay him again” Complete sham and a liar

This is a supplier we use for work. They do really good classes for local HVAC companies to learn about working on/fixing the equipment the company sells. The teacher for these classes is a sales representative but also worked in the field many years which helps because he can relate to issues we find.

If you are truck driver and have to deliver to this awful place be prepared to seat for a while they are taken the time to unload you extremely slow.

Griffin and Cody were fantastic,knowledgeable, and friendly. We even shared a few laughs!
