Roger came out and cleaned our carpets. He did an amazing job, and the old carpet looked brand new. The job was completed quickly and his price was the best I had seen from numerous other carpet cleaners. My carpets came out clean and the next day it was horrible! It looked even worse and they came out 1 hour late. I asked them to come back and the guy yelled at me and said I was too much of a hag. I am very dissapointed!
